Stable Tales Shiraz is made at Longwood Wines using small open fermenters and aged in seasoned 300 litre casks for up to 20 months.  

On the palate, the wine is soft and full bodied with gentle tannins and long, satisfying plummy finish.

Stable Tales Shiraz is vegan friendly, meaning it’s completely fish, milk, eggs gelatine, and nut free.
